With users having to reset their domain password on the first time login they will need to enter the new password when accessing an Office 365 application for the first time.
For example, when opening Outlook the new password will need to be entered once the domain password has replicated to Office 365. Users are to be instructed that this password rest will also be needed every time the forces password change is done.
Once the password is changed from within one of the Office applications it will be the activation password for all Office 365 applications.
Users with company issued iPhones are required to maintain multi factor authentication through the DUO app on their iPhones. This will also be supported.
