Currently, we have 2 users using AutoCAD, Randy Barr and Adam Stoll. The license is subscription based and both licenses are assigned to the [email protected] account within the Autodesk licensing portal. The login for the portal is in NordPass. If you have trouble assigning a license on the user's laptops, follow this procedure.

Need help relicensing AutoCAD LTBody: Hi John, Thank you for contacting Autodesk Technical Support. My name is Rahul, and I will be happy to assist you with this issue. If you have already confirmed that the subscription is active and assigned to Randy Barr in the Autodesk Account portal, but the software still shows as expired, please follow the steps below: Download the Autodesk Licensing Sign-in Helper tool from the following link:https://damassets.autodesk.net/content/dam/autodesk/external-assets/support-articles/licensing-support-tool/AdskLicensingSigninHelper-2.5.2.1579-win.zip Extract the downloaded ZIP file. Open the extracted folder and run AdskLicensingSupportToolUI.exe as Administrator. From the list of installed products, select the affected product. Check the License Method and ensure the appropriate option is selected. If the issue still persists, go to the Self-Service tab and click Reset Login State. Launch the product again, sign in with the assigned Autodesk account, and let us know the outcome. If you continue to experience the issue, please share a screenshot of any error message that appears so we can investigate further. Best Regards,Rahul LakheraCustomer Technical SuccessAutodesk, Inc.
