If it looks right in Sales Price List, and the Sold To # is on the IFS Price List, then:
- One weird thing I have seen (one time so far) is that the Sales Price List Item record has a status of "Planned"; see below. I do not know why it happened, but once I changed it to "Active", Customer Care was able to get pricing on the customer order line.
