The following are steps for clean replacement of ConnectWise tools (RMM and ScreenConnect)
From Control Panel > Programs and Features > uninstall Screen Connect
from \\itfs\installers\ConnectWise Automate copy the text of RMM tool and run in PowerShell as administrator. Allow it to finish. It may take several minutes.
Open the tool called 247 download link an, from run the downloaded app.
Allow ten minutes for the device to appear in ScreenConnect and the 247 RMM portal.
