- Find folder to restore in Rubrik
- Click the 3 dots
- Select Mount Virtual Disks
- Select the drive based on volume size
- Select a server to mount the drive to that could be rebooted as needed
- Log into the server
- Go to Computer Management, Disk Management
- Right click on the offline disk and bring online
- After you are done retrieving the folder or other data from the disk, go back to the server, Computer Management, Disk Management, right click on the disk and take offline.
- Go back to the Rubrik menu, Live Mounts, vSphere VMs
- Click the 3 dots, Unmount
- Unmount
