Wixon Customer Service representatives (currently this does not apply to Gott Pet Customer Service) need to have and give delegate access to their individual Office 365 Email boxes. Use as a templete the delegated access of a current peer Customer Care Rep.

 

When onboarding:

 

  • sharing Email with the team
  • sharing team Emails (except CS Manager) with new user
  • Include new Customer Care Reps in delegated access to shared Cust Svc General Mailbox.
  •  Include new Customer Care Reps in delegated access to shared SO_Custsrv Mailbox.
