When units of measure are wrong and orders are entered, the order will stay messed up.

That is why it is so important to set up unit of measure conversions correctly when items are first set up.

Going forward, this is the process, Brenda, that i want your team to follow. If a ticket comes to me, i will ask that the CSR follow it. I tested this to make sure it works. These tickets currently take about an hour every time there are unit of measure issues and I don't need to be involved.

1. Customer care corrects the unit of measure in 1.13

2. Customer care asks Steve to republish the price list 

3. Customer care deletes and re-enters the sales order line item. See footnote below.

4. Customer care re-prints the acknowledgment. It should be correct now.

once acknowledged, a line item can be deleted and re-entered as long as it is the same item #.
