If this is a Steve Fischer price list, then he needs to publish a new version. He knows to look into fixing the unit of measure conversion before re-publishing the price list.
Also, the item audit browse should tell you who entered the unit of measure conversions, assuming it has been done in the last 6-8 months (prior to that, there was no audit).
If this is a price list created by Customer Care, then do the following:
These are the basic steps; I recommend that Customer Care creates a word document with screen shots to help aid you when this comes up.
- Go to 1.14 Unit of Measure Inquiry. Enter the item # and view the output.
- Go into 1.13 and delete the garbage entries.
- If needed, create a unit of measure in the inventory UM and/or clean up the existing record.
- Go to 1.10.1.1 Price List Maintenance and pull up the pricing record.
- Then delete the price list record – why? Because it has a bad unit of measure conversion saved
- Re-enter the pricing record in 1.10.1..1
- Go to 1.10.1.13 and enter the item, customer #, qty, um to validate the pricing is correct
- If not correct, then repeat the previous steps
- If correct, then proceed to enter the order;
- If using an existing order, you need to delete and re-add the line item, re-price does not work from my experience. You can use same line #.
