With admin credentials from the laptop needing update (via LogMeIn if necessary) disconnect and exit VPN client. Connect to https://vpn.wixon.com/ and use the following link to install the update.




Install Watch Guard client.

Test w/ vpn.wixon.com as hostname

Reboot may be needed to login into the VPN server.

Other troubleshooting steps include disconnecting and reconnecting LAN connections created or modified post install.
