1) Go to https://clorox.okta.com/login and log in
2) Click on CLOROX Applications
3) Click on SMART
4) Log into the SMART | Identity Manager with the user name and password provided by the Clorox Service Desk (We do not manage these accounts, there is nothing we can do about the user name and password so if you do not know it, contact Clorox at [email protected])
6) Click on Request New Access (or Update Existing Access)
7) Choose the appropriate user from the drop down list and click Continue
8) Select SAP
9) Select the appropriate application from the drop down menu
10) Do the following and add the roles below: (Add half of the roles and submit the request then repeat the steps to add the remainder otherwise, the system will time out and you will have to add the roles again.)
