Follow these steps in order to synchronize your cellphone to your Work e-Mail. It is important that you ensure that you have a reliable WiFi connection in order to process this configuration change. 


1) Tap MaaS360 (If you can't find it at this location, search your Home Screen for the application)


2)Tap Settings


3) Tap User Info


4) Make sure that your e-Mail is displayed as follows : firstname.lastname@wixon.com If your e-Mail does not follow that naming pattern and its something like firstname_lastname@wixon.com, contact the Help Desk. Tap Settings when done. 
 


5) After verifying that the correct e-Mail is set in User Info, tap the Blue Circle/Arrow on the top right of the screen. 


6) Tap Device Policy

Ensure that your WorkPlace Persona Policy is set at (6). If it is below this, try refreshing the policy again by going to the previous screen and tapping the Blue Circle/Arrow. Once you are done configuring this policy to the proper version, exit out of the Settings page, back to the MaaS360 Homescreen. You will have to sign in again once you have configured your device properly, you can do this by tapping on Email at the MaaS360 Homescreen.
