Follow these instructions in order to access your Voicemail from a remote location
1) Call your deskphone number from an outside extension, allow the call to go to Voicemail, once you hear the Voicemail, press * on your dial pad
2) The System will request a four digit ID, this will be the last four digits of your Deskphone number (Ex: 414-978-6170, ID:6170). Enter the ID then press # on your dial pad
3) Once you have entered a valid ID, it will request for your Voicemail passcode, this will be the passcode that is associated to your Voicemail on your deskphone, once you enter the passcode, press #
You should be able to access your Voicemail after following these steps.
