If you forget to logout, you may get the following error "All licenses used." Please follow the steps below in order to free up licenses:
1) Login to the database server 172.16.57.42.
2) Go to "Start," then search for "Management." Click on "Management"
3) Select "localhost," then click "Manage Server"
4) Under "License," click on "Logins," then right click on the open field to the right. Select "Show all logins."
5) Click on the users listed in the list and then click "Delete."
6) Close the EPM management studio and log into the EPM URL.
