Follow these steps in order to set up printers for a user's MFGPRO Application


1) Open QAD Enterprise Applications from your desktop


2) Log in with the QAD Enterprise Applications Administrative account (Jim Pade will know the credentials if you need access)


3) Drill down to the following folder: Master Data> Manager Functions> Printer Management, Double Click "Printer Default Maintenance"


Alternatively, typing in the following on the "Menu Search" underneath "Applications" will take you to the same function: 36.13.4, Hit enter



4) Type in the first two initials of a user's username then press the "Down Arrow" on your keyboard until you see the user's account to be configured




5) Click "Next"


6) Click the magnifying glass to the right of the "Output To:" open field


7) Change the following value, "Output To" to "Search For" and type in the the name of the desired printer on the open field to the right of "equals" or leave the field blank and hit "Enter" on your keyboard, this will pull a list of all of the printers


8) Double Click the appropriate printer from the list and make sure that the "Output To:" is set to the appropriate printer
