Symptom - Invoice is crossed off on the list of options


1. Find it in drafts.  Review it to make sure OK / edit as needed.  Then send.

2. Delete the Drafts for the PO #.

    Then on inbox, check the box and in the bottom dropdown by actions and choose Open.

   Then go back to Inbox and the choice for Invoice should be cleared.

   If not, then clear internet cache and try again. (Internet Options -- Delete - Temporary Internet Files and Cookies should be checked)  Contact IS if you need help with this.

  If that does not fix it then the Java cache may need to be cleared.  

         Start - Java - Configure Java - General - Settings - Delete Files- check Trace and Log Files, and Cached Applications and Applets
