Below are the latest release of updates you will now find in CRM. Each update below states who the update is for and a description of the update.
1: Copy & Revise Sample at Phase 2.1:
Who: Pilot Plant Users
When a sample is at phase 2.1 Post Pilot Plant for a chemist review after a phase 2.3 pilot plant complete, and a revision is needed, the chemist will click on copy and revise button like they do now to make a revision.A copy of the sample will be created like it has always done but the current sample the copy is being made from, will now change from phase 2.1 Post Pilot Plant to a new phase 2.6 Pilot Plant Rev Requested.
This will allow the sample to be closed out and not need to move to 2.4 Shipped to get off users work list.These types of samples will no longer show up on shipping's work list at phase 2.2.This will also allow users to find old revisions faster and not have revisions mixed in with samples marked as shipped as they really have not been shipped.
2: Project and Sample Numbering Rewrite:

In the past there has been a bug that every once in a while, a project or sample could be created with a project number that was already in use. The numbering system has been updated to try to avoid running into these problems.
3: Chemist Dashboard
Who: Chemist
A new dashboard for the chemist has been created to view all your work in one location and avoid jumping to multiple forms.You will quickly be able to update all your samples, projects, and time in one location.This will give a chemist a better visual of all their work in CRM and allow you to work 1000% faster in CRM.This will become your new homepage in CRM.This will be tested in production CRM first before being rolled out to all chemist users with training on the new dashboard. 4: Salesperson Dashboard
Who: Sales
A new dashboard for the salesperson has been created to view all your work in one location and avoid jumping to multiple forms.You will quickly be able to update and close all your opportunities, projects, and samples in one location as well as view/start a price quote, regulatory requests, and view an associated commercialization.This will give a salesperson better visual of all their work in CRM and allow you to work 1000% faster in CRM.This will become your new homepage in CRM.This will be tested in production CRM first before being rolled out to all sales users with training on the new dashboard.
